Wednesday Taize Worship -
6:45 p.m.
Experience a beautiful form of prayer, inspired by the monastic tradition in Taize, France,
that is both meditative and easily accessible to all people.
This style of worship offers singing, scripture, personal and communal prayer,
and communion. This service is a lay-led service by the congregation and is an
inspiring experience of simplicity and celebration. We look forward to sharing this
time with you!
Wednesday dinner - 5:45 p.m.
Join us on Wednesday evenings for dinner in the round that creates relationships
and provides for friendly conversation. We look forward to sharing this time with you!

Communion -
The Communion sacrament of bread and juice is offered at all our worship services. In many Christian churches Holy Communion has often been used as a ritual of pre-qualified welcome. If you do not meet the qualifications, you are not welcome to receive communion. At MCC Tampa, the communion ritual serves as a moving reminder of God's loving nourishment available to all. At each service you will hear this affirmation and invitation: "At MCC Tampa and at MCC around the world we celebrate an open communion. That means you do not have to be a member of this church or of any church to receive this meal. These are the gifts of God for all the people of God, so come just as you are and receive this gift."
