MCC Tampa is a house of prayer for all people – this is a place of acceptance where we encourage you to “come just as you are.” We welcome you to find new friends and come to know the wonder of being in relationship with a community of people growing into the call.

Spirituality that Affirms Who We Are...

We are in full communion with the Universal Fellowship of Metropolitan Community Churches and have been serving the Spiritual needs of the GLBT community since 1971. We anticipate the marvelous things God is doing in our midst. We have lots of activities planned for this season and look forward to continuing our growth as a faith community. If you are looking for a place that addresses your spiritual needs as a gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered or straight person come check us out.

Our goal is to provide a place were you can be yourself and experience a faith community that is relevant to your life in the 21st century. We believe that God's desire for our lives is in transformation! And that is our joy -- to be a partner with the Holy Spirit in the process of transformation!

We covenant with each other to proclaim the life saving message of Jesus Christ: to Love God, love our neighbors and love ourselves. We are made aware that God's promises are as true and mighty today as when they were first proclaimed to humankind -- that if you will be my people, I will be your God.
